We dispatch all goods from our Milton Keynes based warehouse the day after order if the order is received before 3pm on weekdays. We ship globally and have accounts with UPS and DHL. We regularly ship to the EU and USA.
In the UK we use DHL. We ship on a next day service as standard for all boot-bags and luggage racks. Full tracking details will be sent by email after the order is received and your order can be tracked via www.dhl.com .If you share your email and mobile/cell with us when you order DHL do the rest.
1.Pre delivery notification with the option to amend the delivery using the change it options sent following collection of the parcel.
2.Then an estimated one hour delivery window notification on the morning of the delivery.
3.An Optional ' You're next' when the driver is one delivery away
All goods require a signature.
If you cannot receive the parcel we ask you to take control of your delivery using the change it options available in the manage my delivery section of DHL's website.
UK delivery is £10.95 via DHL
EU delivery is £14.95 via DHL
North America is £39.95 via UPS or DHL
